Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 10 am–4 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (727) 353-2162. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Jace & Katherine are such amazing soft energy. So welcoming, I have to say to see how seriously they take their positions and tlc in what each of them do they deserve a raise. Food was amazing they have a great aesthetic ,energy, and great personalities. They made my sisters birthday very special.

I came on Saturday when they first opened. Katherine was so attentive and sweet. I started with the Beef Patty and it was phenomenal and fresh. I also ordered the Jamrock Chicken sandwich and it was delicious I could only eat one half. Definitely check them out! I almost forgot to mention the Lemon Lychee that drink is so refreshing.

I came here with my family for the 1st time. I hesitated when I first walked in because it's on the smaller side and I could not see the kitchen, but it's a really cute place. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Cathy was a joy... always with a smile and very welcoming. 😊 The food was of high quality. We had the Havana and Barbacoa sandwiches... they are delicious! The bread is fresh and the flavors are amazing! The Cafe Bonbon is heavenly... espresso with condense milk... wow! If you are in the area I highly recommend this place.

This is a really nice spot. We had a big party and the café is fairly small so I don't recommend it for large parties. You order then sit and the staff will being you yoir food. The stagf was very helpful in searing us. They have a few cocktails that were all beautifully presented when they came out. The sandwiches are a decent size for the price and very flavorful. I got the Barbacoa and it was delish. They have pastries too if you want something light. The artwork on the wall are by local artist and they have live music on certain nights. I definitely recommend if you are in St. Pete looking for something to do you stop in and check out the Copa!

Easily one of my new favorite spots in St. Pete!! I grew up here and lived downtown for almost a decade. The vibrancy of DtSP’s evolution draws me back each time I come to visit my parents. Food + Ambience + Music curate the heartbeat of this restaurant in the Edge District. The jerked chicken sandwich is enough to feed two. The staff are friendly and had excellent recommendations. Definitely give the Flamingo Tea Latte a try!
